Our Founder Alessandro Fontana
My career has shown me that many people, regardless of their success, struggle to express their true nature. We often repress our pure selves to meet expectations or avoid judgment, leading to frustration and unfulfilled lives. A profoundly transformative moment came when I met a client who chose to live with joy and authenticity every day. When I learned of her passing at such a young age, I realized that life is ephemeral, and there is no good reason to wait to be your authentic self. This powerful realization sparked the foundation of Horizon New Life, a commitment to help others find the courage to live with authenticity and purpose.
I believe that professional performance and personal well-being are intrinsically linked, a philosophy forged during over 20 years of practice in Switzerland, where I partnered with national institutions to lead high-level vocational re-innovation programs. Today, I continue to serve a global clientele while bringing my systemic expertise to the international community across Thailand and beyond. I specialize in helping individuals and global citizens turn the challenge of a “fresh start” into a masterful second act. Whether co-creating integrative wellness programs with 5-star hospitality partners or providing mindset coaching for those redefining their life in a new home, my mission is to help you align your professional legacy with a life of true purpose, vitality, and joy.
With over 30 years of leadership experience across Europe and Asia, I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who guides organizations through strategic transformation, team development, and global growth. My systemic approach is built on decades of expertise assisting leaders at Global Fortune 500 companies and NGOs. I use inclusion and diversity as key factors to boost the resilience and performance of individuals and teams.
